We currently dont require a credit card to book, However we source ingredients and prepare for your experience based on a confirmed number of guests. For this reason, please ensure cancellation no less than 72 hours prior.

Dietary Considerations

 

Our chefs delight in adapting our dishes to suit your dietary requirements. To ensure a seamless and thoughtful experience, we ask that you share any specific needs when booking.

This notice allows our chefs the time to thoughtfully reimagine your selected courses to be vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or coeliac-friendly. While every precaution is taken, please be aware our kitchen is not an entirely allergen-free environment.

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Should you wish to redeem a gift voucher, please present it to our team upon arrival.

 

Dress Code

 

While we do not enforce a formal dress code, we find our guests delight in dressing for the occasion. Smart, elegant attire is warmly encouraged.

 

Young Diners

 

Young diners are welcome to experience Basalt and will be offered our full menu. Please note we do not have a separate children's menu and will be charged adult pricing.

Due to the intimate nature of our dining room, accommodating prams can be challenging. Please notify us when booking if you require space for one.

Should your preferred date be unavailable online, please contact our reservations team via email. We would be pleased to add you to our waitlist and will notify you should a table become available.
